The National Museum
The National Museum was established in 1926 in the reign of King Rama VII. It is located on Na Phrathat Road next to Thammasat University. It houses Thailand's artistic treasures from prehistoric to contemporary.National Museum Bangkok currently houses three permanent exhibition galleries: 1. The Thai History 2. The Archaeological and Art History Collections which are divided in two parts:-- The Prehistory Gallery -- The Art History Gallery3.
