
Wat Ratchanatdaram, located on Mahachai Road, was built in the reigh of King Rama III in 1846. The highlight of the temple is " Loha Prasat", or Metal Castle with 36 metres high and 37 surrounding spires, housing an urn containing relics of the Buddha. It is the only one of its kind left in the world.
